Meet the Providers
Britt Severson, MD MPH
Dr. Severson is a physician specializing in Family Medicine. Dr. Severson received her Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Biology at the University of Colorado, Boulder. She then completed her Medical Degree at Oregon Health and Sciences University and attended Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health to receive a Master’s in Public Health specializing in women’s reproductive health.
Dr. Severson has extensive experience treating all age groups and most medical conditions. She has had additional training in Gender Affirming Care and Women’s healthcare.
Dr. Severson believes in fostering a caring doctor-patient relationship to meet the individual needs of her patients. She tailors her care towards the personal goals of the patient, working together to find the right treatment plan.
Dr. Severson is fluent in Spanish and lived in Mexico for part of her education.
Lily Juan, FNP
Lily Juan is a Family Nurse Practitioner, who completed her master’s degree in nursing at the University of Texas, Austin. She received her certification in family nursing from Texas A&M University.
She enjoys sharing her love for a healthy lifestyle with her patients and to inspire them to reach their health goals. Lily focuses on preventive health care and treats patients in a structured manner, focusing not just on the ailment but also on the overall well-being of the patient. She believes that two-way communication is the key to good health.
Lily is fluent in Mandarin.
Krista Klaehn, PA-C
Krista Klaehn is a Physician Assistant, who received a Master’s Degree in the Medical Science/Physician Assistant program from Emory University Medical School. She has extensive experience in family medicine.
She strongly believes access to quality healthcare is a right for all. Her goal is to provide a space where patients feel safe and empowered to be active participants in their healthcare. She is passionate about preventative health care and enjoys being able to be the provider for entire families.
Krista is fluent in Spanish.
Emily Rosenfeld, MD
Dr. Rosenfeld joined Healthy Futures in September 2019. She grew up in Texas, where she attended The University of Texas, Austin for her undergraduate degree in Biology and The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center for her medical degree. She completed her Family Medicine training at University of Colorado/Swedish Family Medicine residency, where she continues to serve as part of the teaching faculty.
